The undefeated West Clermont Wolves went into the Cintas Center and left with a win over Seton, knocking off the Saints 58-32 in the third game of the Holiday Hardwood Classic.
West Clermont, who is now off to a 9-0 start this season under head coach Jeff Click, held a 29-17 halftime lead behind Seini Hicks' eight first-half points. West Clermont extended the lead slightly after the third quarter was concluded, holding a 43-26 lead entering the final frame. Ultimately, Hicks finished with 20 points and nine rebounds and was named the Beacon/TriHealth Player of the Game.
The Wolves will head back home to take on ECC opponent Anderson this Thursday at 7:00pm, while Seton will enjoy the New Years festivities before battling Kettering Alter on January 4th.
The West Clermont boys will take to the Cintas Center court on Thursday as they battle Harrison at 3:00pm on the second day of the Holiday Hardwood Classic. All-day passes are available for just $10 and can be purchased by clicking here.
