Hailing from the GCL South, the La Salle Lancers take the floor in the Holiday Hardwood Classic in search of a statement win.
The Lancers finished just 4-17 a year ago, and return just one starter from that team (Drae Arnold). La Salle is led by Arnold as well as sophomore Patrick McLaughlin, the son of La Salle head varsity football coach Pat McLaughlin.
La Salle, as always, features a tough schedule including games against Covington Catholic, two games against Moeller, and a tilt with Sycamore immediately preceding the Holiday Hardwood Classic.
The Lancers are set to battle Turpin in the first game of the Holiday Hardwood Classic, on Tuesday Dec. 27 at 1:00pm.
