A year after splitting the GMC title with Sycamore, the Fairfield Indians are back for more in 2022-23.
Fairfield has raced to a 4-0 start despite not returning a single starter from last year's team that won a remarkable five playoff games before ultimately falling to state runner-up Centerville. The GMC is one of the toughest perennial conferences in the state of Ohio, and Fairfield (and Sycamore) being able to finish at the top is no small feat.
Fairfield is set to take on Elder in the fourth game of the Holiday Hardwood Classic, with tip-off slated for Tuesday, Dec. 27 at 7:00pm.
